Suggested Use

To Use:

Hot Brew:
1. Heat water to 205 F - not boiling, to avoid bitterness.
2. Measure 1 tablespoon of herbal tea per 8 oz (240 mL) of water.
3. Steep the tea for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on your taste preference.
4. Remove the leaves and enjoy your warm, soothing cup.

Cold Brew (Hot-to-Iced Method):
1. Heat water to 205 F.
2. Use 2 tablespoons of herbal tea per 8 oz (240 mL) of water.
3. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
5. Pour over ice and serve chilled.

Infusion chaude :
1. Faites chauffer l’eau à 205 F (non bouillante) pour éviter l’amertume.
2. Dosez 1 cuillère à soupe de tisane pour 240 mL d’eau.
3. Laissez infuser le thé 5 à 7 minutes, selon votre goût.
4. Retirez le thé et savourez votre tasse chaude et apaisante.

Infusion froide (méthode du chaud au glacé) :
1. Faites chauffer l’eau à 205 F (non bouillante).
2. Utilisez 2 cuillères à soupe de tisane pour 240 mL d’eau.
3. Laissez infuser 5 à 7 minutes.
4. Laissez le thé refroidir à température ambiante.
5. Versez sur des glaçons et servez frais.
